Family and friends are asked to gather for visitation on Thursday April 20, 2017 from 6pm-9pm at Bethel Temple 228 E. Allegheny Ave Philadelphia Pa 19134. Guests are invited to return the following morning at 9am for a final viewing before burial. William will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery on Friday April 21, 2017 at 11:30pm.
