Loving father to Ricky, Vanessa, Ricardo and John. It is with a heavy heart that the family expresses their thanks to those who were by his side. To those that knew him knew what a sense of humor he had and what a huge Redskins fan he was and how much he enjoyed all his children watching a game with him. Although he battled with many illnesses for many years, his “sunshine” which he called his daughter in law Niky; who spent many days and nights taking care of him was always the light of his day. She always uplifted him. We are all grateful to have passed so many years and memories with him. Those who spent time with Ricardo knew how much he loved his wife Naomi, his children and grandchildren Aidan who he called his “Roscoe” and with unfortunate to leave behind his unborn second grandson Joseph. Ricardo unfortunately passed away in the arms of his son in law Alex and daughter Vanessa. He will be gravely missed by all who love him. His family, his mother Crucita Perez, and his brothers. We will love you forever! Family and friends are asked to call for visitation hours on June 15, 2018 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Compagnola Funeral Home 4405 North 5th Street Philadelphia Pa 19140. Catholic prayer service is scheduled at our funeral home at 10:30am. Burial will follow visitation hours. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 12:00 pm.
