Michael E. Corbitt

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael E. Corbitt, who departed from this world on August 9, 2024, at his home. He was born on March 25, 1958, and left behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by his loved ones.

Michael will be remembered for his unwavering love and dedication as a father. His presence brought warmth and joy to all those around him, and his passing a void that cannot be filled. He touched the lives of many with his kindness, compassion, and gentle spirit.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the visitation service, which will be held on August 19, 2024, at the Compagnola Funeral Home on 5th St. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The visitation will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 7:00 PM, providing an opportunity for all who knew Michael to come together, share memories, and find solace in each other's company.  

In honoring Michael's memory, let us remember the joy he brought, the love he shared, and the legacy he leaves behind. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was truly loved and will be eternally missed.
