Jose Palmero, born on December 23, 1944, in Ciego de Avila, Cuba, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jose led a life marked by resilience, hard work, and dedication. His journey from Cuba to the United States is a testament to his strength and determination, reflecting the values he instilled in those around him.

He was known his kind heart and generous spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to friends and alike. Jose had a deep appreciation for his cultural roots and shared the richness of his heritage with everyone he met. In celebration of his life, a visitation will be held at Compagnola Funeral Home, located at 4405-07 North 5th St. in Philadelphia, PA, on September 23, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Following the visitation, a burial service will take place at Magnolia Cemetery, situated at 4500 Levick St., Philadelphia, PA, beginning at 1:00 PM and concluding at 1:30 PM.
