We regretfully inform you of the passing of James W. Palmer Jr. Family and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday, July 16, 2015, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Holy Innocents Church with a mass to immediately follow. The burial will take place at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery where he will receive Veteran honors.
