German Aviles Sr.

German Aviles Sr., a dedicated and industrious man, peacefully departed this life on April 6, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the age of 77. Born on May 12, 1947, in Coamo, Puerto Rico, German exemplified the qualities of hard work and fatherly love throughout his lifetime.

His commitment to family and the lessons he imparted to those around him will forever be remembered. Often found outdoors, German had a deep appreciation for nature, with hobbies that included hunting and fishing. These activities brought him joy and allowed him to share cherished moments with loved ones.

German's life was characterized by his steadfast devotion to providing for his family, always emphasizing the values of perseverance and integrity. His warmth and caring presence touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impression on friends and family alike.

A visitation in honor of German will be held on April 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Visitation BVM Catholic School, located at 300 E Lehigh Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19125. Following the visitation, a Mass will commence at the same location at 1:00 PM, allowing those who knew him to come together to celebrate his life and legacy.   Interment will be private at a later date to be set by family.  

German Aviles Sr. will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he enriched.
