The first event, a visitation, will take place on November 1, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Compagnola Funeral Home on 4405-07 North 5th St. in Philadelphia. It will provide an opportunity for friends and family to come together to share their memories and pay their respects.

On November 2, 2023, there will be a viewing at Visitation BVM Catholic Church located at 300 E Lehigh Ave in Philadelphia. This event will commence at 9:30 AM and end at 10:30 AM. It will be followed by a Mass at the same location from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The Mass will be a solemn celebration of Franklin's life and the impact he had on those around him.

Following the Mass, Franklin will be laid to rest at Greenmount Cemetery in Philadelphia. A burial service will be held from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM on November 2, providing an opportunity for family and friends to say their final goodbyes.
