Brandon Jay Hernandez

Brandon Jay Hernandez, a beloved son and brother passed away suddenly on December 28, 2023. Born on May 17, 1993, Brandon's life was marked by joy, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to his loved ones.

A resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Brandon's presence brought light and positivity to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. With a heart full of compassion and a smile that could brighten the darkest room, he had a unique ability to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. He leaves a void in lives of those who were to be touched by his warmth and genuine care.

In his short but impactful life, Brandon found solace in helping others. Whether it was lending a helping hand or listening with an open heart, he would always go above and beyond to ensure those around him felt supported. His compassionate nature extended beyond his immediate circle of family and friends; he volunteered regularly at local shelters and community centers, selflessly giving his time to those in need.

The funeral service to honor and celebrate Brandon's life will take place on January 10, 2024, at the Compagnola Funeral Home on 4405-07 North 5th St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, providing an opportunity for friends and family to come together, share memories, and find solace in one another during this difficult time.  A Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery at 12:30pm.
