Angel Luis Oliveras Acevedo

Angel Luis Oliveras Acevedo, known affectionately as Tato, was a beloved individual who touched the lives of many with his humor and unwavering carisma.

Born on March 11, 1960, in Ciáles, Puerto Rico, peacefully passed away on April 21, 2024, in Camden, New Jersey.

Throughout his life, Angel was known for his jovial personality, his passion for work and dedication to helping others were evident in everything he did. Whether it was cracking a joke to brighten someone's day or lending a helping hand to those in need, Angel's kindness knew no bounds.

Tato is preceded in death by his parents Flor Oliveras and Carmen Acevedo, two children, Alex Omar and Jonathan.

 Left to cherish his memories are his three children Luis Fernando, Luis Benito, and Magdalena, 5 grandchildren, a series siblings, extended family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the visitation service taking place on Monday April 29, 2024, at Compagnola Funeral Home located at 4405 North 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19140. The visitation will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 8:00 PM.

Angel Luis Oliveras Acevedo's legacy of laughter, faith, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace knowing he made a significant impact during his time on earth.

Angel Luis “Tato” will be laid to rest in his homeland of Ciales, Puerto Rico at a later date.
